Zumba or p90x after I give birth?

After I give birth and recover enough to workout, I still want to keep my body fit! I did P90X pre-pregnancy and I was very strict with it, did the 6x a week workouts very carefully and I did about 3 rounds of it (9 months) and I saw impressive results. But this morning when I was doing homework an infomercial for Zumba came on and a lot of women were talking about how it helped them shed off those pregnancy pounds + more. So now I’m debating between P90X and Zumba. P90X will give me the really toned muscles I used to have and I know it will because I’ve seen it happen before, but I’ve never tried Zumba. Has anyone had real success with weight loss with Zumba after they gave birth? I can’t decide between the 2! And I definitely won’t have enough time or energy to do both.

p90x for sure! That is a beast workout! haha. but i feel like it bulks me up to much so i stick with walking, running, and what not for cardio and my own workout for toning.

BUUUUT zumba is fun! Not huge results, and i wouldn’t use it for losing weight, but just for maintaining. I’ve had 2 kids (my last was 3 months ago), so i know about trying to lose baby weight haha.

heres what i wrote about zumba in an article though
