Wii games for weight loss?
i recently purchased a wii and and looking into buying either the wii fit, wii fit plus or wii active. Personally, i am tring to lose weight, and im having a hard time decideing which woul be best.
help please?
Personally, I haven’t had much fun with those programs. A great alternative for someone who loves dancing/music and has a short attention span (lol) is Dance Dance Revolution. You can even keep track of calories burned!
