What are the side effects or damage if you lift weights every day for cardio?

I joined a gym, mainly due to weight loss. I joined about 3 months ago, when the weight of 214 pounds and now weighs 189 pounds. I am training day and the muscle. To be honest, I want to bulk my body muscle mass quickly, and I weight every day, what side effects if not taken over the difference between the two? and after cardiopulmonary which usually lasts about 45 minutes I started weight training, which usually lasts an hour, what happens when I ride my bike 5-7 days a week, almost 2 hours.
