Weight Loss Xantrax

Been working out and eating a set amount of calories for 1 month, no results?

I’ve been working out at LEAST 30 mins a day, going pretty hard burning 500 calories. Alot of days I also do kickboxing ontop of that.
I also eat no more than 1,500 calories daily.
Still no weightloss? The scales haven’t budged!!
I’d love to lose 20 pounds at least.

Should I try kickstart my weightloss by taking weight loss pills ( Xantrax, it helps with metabolism apparently and supresses appetite, gives more energy)

I’m lost for what to do? This makes me want to stop… so discouraging!

Maybe you aren’t losing weight but I bet that you are firming up and toning up. Keep at it and you will see a weight loss. It sounds strange but are you drinking enough water? At least 8 glasses a day? If you don’t drink enough then your body won’t work at peak efficiency. If you watch the Biggest loser you can see what happens when they don’t drink enough water-none or very little weight loss for the week. I wouldn’t take the pills, they work for some people but some have weird side effects. If you still want to lose more weight cut down to 1,200 calories a day and see what happens. Also if you are close to your bodies ideal weight it will be harder to lose weight.
