I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes and lose weight. What's important tips you should lose weight. What milk? Is it allowed? I think anything you can think of to help me persevere. Well, every time you do not have much work to do, or if you're bored, go to out and run on the track, the track on foot, walking with a friend, or someone in a restaurant, salad and water. Eating a healthy breakfast such as cereals, fruit, milk. then a snack around 10 or 11 (Rice Krispie square bar, Nutrigrain, fruit, vegetables) and lunch: tuna salad sandwich or a clear … Other snacks, or fruit bar again … after dinner (something healthy in smaller portions, as usual). essentially five meals (breakfast, lunch, snack, lunch, snack, dinner), eat after 6, because that is when the body burns fat faster. In contrast, after dinner, go to the gym, or run track for an hour or so (but not over do it!), Then get water, without food!
