Weight Loss Time Table
whats a good regimen for getting back into shape/losing weight?
after a year or so of little to no exercise (i wait tables and dance from time to time) im trying to get healthy. i cut out alcohol almost completly, as ive heard it hinders weight loss greatly. eating fresh foods. lotsa chicken, fruit, cheerios, milk, olive oil for fat, etc. ive stared back at the gym about 2 wks ago. im doin 2-3 hours of yoga a wk and about 2-3 of cardio. i would do more but my muscles have been so exhausted after the cardio, i hafta take a day off from everything.
advice for good workouts? eating habits? im not at all wanting to get skinny, but id like to lose 10 lbs. im 26 about 5’9 167lbs…help!
