Fact or Fiction about colon cleansing?
About colon cleansing…. some so call “educated” professionals blast this topic.I on the other hand believe experience over book knowledge. I tried a colon cleanse to the tee as they recommended. The results were mind convincing to me and the weight loss was impressive as well. For example I was sort of skeptic myself about the pictures and testimonials because they were just hard to believe that something like that would come out of me, then worst, what if something like WAS inside me! I also read the negative reports but bottom line it is my body and I did not want junk like that inside me wether it’s harmless or not. I now have my own picture gallery and much needed weight loss and the piece of mind is awesome. NOTHING beats experience and if you have not honestly tryed one as recommended I feel you have nothing to say!
So, in other words you don’t want to hear from anyone that disagrees with you. I’m sorry, but I’ll take the word of my “educated” professional over who…some stranger?
This is a bit like someone saying they throw up every day and it’s the answer for weight loss. (“Experience” being the best teacher, ya know.) [g]
It always best to ask your doctor – you know, the “educated” professional and to do a heck of a lot of research on the subject, and to maybe have a little more faith in the body in it knows what it’s doing.
I did research on this subject and also asked my doctor and came to the conclusion maybe it wasn’t the best idea.
You have crap inside of you – we all do – as every critter does – its just the way we process our food. And if you don’t eat for 3 days you’re going to lose weight – but does that mean it’s good for you?
I’m also more inclined to listen to “experience” from someone who can impart their knowledge backed with proper spelling. Or at least fake it – that’s what the spell checker is for.
