Does anyone have a lack of vitamin B12. because I feel very bad for several months, but the symptoms seem to come and go week after week-_-but are the first signs of Vitamin B12, tongue pain, weight loss, pale skin, often with a hint of lemon diarrhea, intermittent menstrual problems and low resistance to infection. .. I have no of them. And the worst part of tingling in the fingers and toes, muscle weakness, staggering, calf pain, and confusion. I got all the way .. WTF. I think I should go docotr, but we in the NHS, I had surgery a few weeks ago, he said, there was a waiting list of months, wtf?! O.0 .. I could be dead then ^ _ ^

Well, yes, I have vitamin B12 deficiency .. Need B12 shots once a week 6 months … But that's only because my level was 180 (which should be 800). I strongly recommend you to office as soon as possible … If you wait even Monday.say emergency. Now I have nerve damage from B12 deficiency.I means .. wait … Go to Local Store pick up a bottle of vitamin B12 .. take the recommended amount, because I'm not sure if this is your chance problem.good and feel better! small pause … eat omega 3 eggs … (Cage free … Go to your local supermarket) <3
