Weight Loss Success Pictures
Weight watchers, nutrisystem, LA Weight loss, jenny craig which one works?
I was just wondering if people have tried any of these and had success. When it shows you the pictures it says “results not typical”. Thank you!
None truly work unless you are extremely dedicates. I would say that weight watchers is the best bet, because with the rest, once you stop eating their food, you gain the weight back. With weight watchers you just weigh in once a week. and they tell you what foods you should eat and they all have a certain number of “points.” It basically helps you to learn how to keep your calories low and your intake of food low. So if you truly want something to lose weight and you need help then i would say do weight watchers and forget about the rest.
