Weight Loss Sleeve Surgery
Celebrating my childhood friends extreme weight loss with shopping for dresses! Help?
Alright so my friend just came off a HUGE weight loss journey (She lost 120 lbs in a YEAR all by herself! No drugs, no surgery, NOTHIN.) I told her if she did it, I would take her shopping for dresses. 
I am, however, tragically unfeminine in that I cant tell what to look for. She has little extra skin in her arms, and is super self conscious about it. Is there a style of dress with like a 3/4 sleeve, or a fabric most flattering for things like that? I just dont want to see her get discouraged while shopping, and I want to make her feel like a million bucks. Any suggestions?
TLDR; flattering styles and fabrics of dresses for some loose skin in the upper arm and tummy area. (for a size 8 girl)
i think Macy’s had the best selection of waist-cinching, long or 3/4 sleeved dresses that were knee length… I really liked this one for the spring..
I cannot believe she was able to lose that much in ONE YEAR. The way I got to a size 8 involved a lot of unsafe diet pills! I don’t know how I would lose the weight again if I gained it all back…
