Weight Loss Scriptures In The Bible
Can someone give me some good scriptures out of the bible to read reguarding encouragement?
I’m doing this weight loss regimine with cardio, weights, eating healthy and I read a healthy artical or chapter in a book every day. I also am planning on letting God help me to be a better person and to help me reach my goals in life not only in loosing my baby weight but in life in general. I’d like to read a scripture a week and really study and learn it. Do you have any sugestions? Or is there a website I can go to? I guess I could just open up my bible But with a new born and working out and working full time I’m exhausted. Any help I can get is awesome. Thank you!
