Weight Loss Pill Helps Digestion
please help me for poor digestion,IBS weight loss.?
I am aged 45 & suffering from poor digestion, poor absorption of food and acute weight loss. I am also a patient of chronic nasal allergy of Rhinitis. The above symptoms are there right from my high school days. I am fed up with the above. All types of treatments, diagnosis etc. are frequently taken. NO any other defects/infections etc. found.Sugur,cholesterol, etc. are absolutely normal except mild BP for which taking a pill regularly.Nothing was found during colonoscopy etc. CAN anybody through light on how to cop up with the above and improve my health and increase my weight? I am a go getter, hard working, highly principled, short tempered,very anxious, gets tense fast but relieves also fast. PLEASE HELP ME
If you don’t work out regularly, try to start working out 3 times a week as a beginner. Focus on building muscle this will help with the weight gain (this will also help to lower your BP). This will also improve your body’s ability to fight off illnesses. Also if you begin to work out make sure your eating enough to help build the muscle, protein will help with this (nuts, chicken). To help with the poor digestion try starting to eat a lot of fiber this will help improve your digestive system significantly.
