Is this my job training for my fat loss?

Very well, then I am a junior in high school, 5'8 and 170 pounds a small intestine of man boobs dating gross. Journal for the past months I've been going to my weight room school every day for 45 minutes (a period the entire class) and every day after school I've been doing the "T Shaun training Insanity." So my total time spent working out is an hour and a half each weekday. I do not follow the nutrition guide crazy with it although I do not drink soda, eating too much junk food, smoke or anything like that (Except the cookies at lunch at school). So, as the header states. Is this a good routine to help me lose fat? Or is their something more than could try to do to help? PS I used to take Whey Protien but I felt it was not helping me with the goal of fat loss. Thanks for reading this long message!

Whey Protien has nothing to do with fat loss, which is to gain muscle. Whey Protien also is absorbed by the body quickly so VERY if you do not take it just before or after work (literally as a fewminutes inside) then it will benefit you. As Protien Soy is not good for construction muscle, since only 44% of it is absorbed into the body compared to 88% of a lot of protiens others. Weight training is good. I do not know what those other jobs include out but of course I recommend doing cardio 30-60 minutes a day 3-4 days a week at least. I try going to the elliptical or running. (Who is running the village made the weight off fairly quickly) It is also necessary to work on getting a proper diet, if you do you are wasting your time in the gym. Cut cookies at lunch, do not need. Try to reduce to once a week, then after that once every two years. That is the rule that is usually set for me if I do well eat well for two weeks, may have a treatment or two. After a while it will not be difficult to do it again. You want your diet is low in fat and good carbs. Replace white bread with whole wheat (not whole wheat), replace white rice with brown (you can cook because it is not grainy), and eat and drink in fat or low fat milk-products and not cut a lot of sugar in your diet. Can not stop eating Thava what you like, only it healthier substitutions. Eating meat instead serloin meat dish, eat lean hamburger instead of 80%. simple swaps will help you not only lose weight but improve your health and you feel better. I used to have migranes much, after improving my diet I have one every six months at most. I do not get sick almost anything else and I have a better mood and energy. Changing your diet can help a lot. So I was going to change your diet and then you should be able to reach its meta.-Connor
