Weight Loss During Pregnancy Diet
please help me,i can not loss weight!!?
im 30 years old.i had my second baby 6 months ago.
before pregnancy i was 65 kg then i put 20 kg while i was pregnant.during 3 months i lost only 10 kg and then stop.
i want to loss weight now but i cant do it.every morning when i wake up i say to my self ok from now on,i have to do my diet
but as soon as i get up, i start to eat and only junk i hate food now.
the weather is not good for walk,even if it was i cant be bother.
i feel so down and depress but i know if i loss weight everythings gonna be ok.
th problem is i cant loss weight!!!!!
please please help me.
If the weather is bad outside then might I suggest just running in place while the baby is down? You need 30 minutes a day of exercise.
Start out by doing 5 minutes of running in place, 10 minutes of weight training and 15 minutes of gentle stretching. This will keep you from getting massively sore when you start out and discouraging you from quitting.
Increase your cardio to eventually 30 minutes a day. By this time the weather will be better and you can do your 30 minutes as a brisk walk with baby in a stroller, tram or carriage.
Your strength training can still be done during baby’s nap time but increase to 20 minutes and increase the weights. I would suggest upper body every other day and lower body every other day.
Use your stretching as the beginning and end of your cardio and weight training workout and increase to 5 for each time for a total of 20 minutes.
Not only will this control your cravings, it will also help with your blues and get you in shape.
