Weight Loss Boot Camp Program

Can anyone make me a weight loss program?
I want to lose weight the right way, but need help. This is what you eat, Breakfast: Special K and fruit and grapefruit juice drink, snack, it is possible that the fruit or half a PB & J sandwich, Lunch: What is increasingly left dinner (small portion) snack: fruit or a half sandwich PB & J, Dinner: any cereal or what ever for dinner. I take the bus to work and I stop down a few to walk the rest of the way 3 days a week, which is about 2-3 blocks and go home 1-2 road blocks and the bus stop I did not start exercising, but I still think may work 3-4 days a week I have videos of Billy Blanks Boot Camp. I need someone with experience or have lost weight by specific plan I have little money to go out and buy lots of things to help me I'm trying to work with the food we usually have at home. Can anyone help Im 5'4 I weigh 160 pounds trying to get down to 130 for spring 09
Then I had my first child, I started doing circuit training in my room be. It's just a series of short burst (30-60 seconds) exercises without rest in the middle (to keep your heart rate) Circuit training is the most favorable weight loss, combining cardio with weight training and works throughout the body. If you go the full length route, be sure to rest every other day. If you want daily training, just exercise your upper body on Monday, down on Tuesday, Wednesday, abs, etc (turn) the exercises would begin with 10-12, 30 seconds each in a circuit. If you feel you can repeat the circuit again. Work your way to add more exercises for longer periods of time, and repetition possibly a complete circuit. The variety helps with boredom and for people who can stand being on a treadmill for 30 minutes straight. Some of the exercises I used jump push ups were lunges squats bicep curl tricep extensions bicycle crunches abdominal crunches reverse side mountain climbers and arm front staircase stair stepper dead suicides (running step 5, get down to 6 º, down, until day 7, download, etc), cycling (stationary bike) rowing (rowing machine) in operation (tape) You probably have some weights at 5 pounds, 7 pounds, 10 pounds. Use the stairs at home (if any) enhancement of the stairs / to upload your cardio if you do not have any machine. Some use milk jugs filled with sand and water weights. I hope this helps.
