Weight Loss Anxiety

Could this be linked with sudden weight loss?

I recently went (and am currently going through) some very bad few months, which means my anxiety is at its peak, I dropped ten pounds in weight in just over a week. I can’t eat very much as my stomach is in knots all the time and I can’t keep food down. What I’ve noticed is that the hair on my arms seems to have grown longer?? Someone mentioned there could be a link I was wondering what anyone else thought?
It’s always been short and barely noticeable but now suddenly I can see it more!

Fat on your body is what keeps you warm, so overweight people dont have a lot of hair right, which means that the oppoiste is happening to you, so if you’ve been losing weight because of stress, your body doesnt have as much fat on it and since your brain is not recieving any fat its sending signals to your hair follices to grow more hair to make up for the weight that you lost.
I hope you feel better, green tea and yoga has always helped me through my bad months, not to metion some serious music therapy. Anyways, feel beteter!
