Vegan Diet Heart Disease

Why do Americans have such bad diets?
A vegan diet and exercise can minimize the frequency of:
-Obesity
-High Blood Pressure
-Heart Disease
-Cancers
… and diet is far more effectively than any drug. Why do people who know the facts continue with their destructive life styles? Why is the media failing to educate Americans? Why are schools failing to educate Americans? What do you suggest?
Well, Americans practically live off of a bunch of junk food and fast food, which both nasty and bad for you. Everytime I go to the states I see nothing but a bunch of fatties. Eww. They eat way too much, like 4000-4500 calories everyday. How could someone even eat that much. I guess they don’t mind that they are slowly killing themselves and shortening their life spans. I have no idea why they aren’t being more educated about this, but it all comes down to a lifestyle choice. They all choose to stuff their faces like gorging pigs and break the scale every time they step on it. Though not all Americans have bad diets but the good majority of them do!
