ummm… Face Exercises? Lol?
Okay so i have been trying to diet…. and I’ve lost about 10 lbs. I don’t think I’m very pretty, but I think I could look a lot better if I had a thinner face. My cheeks are really big and i have a very slight double chin… Are there any “face exercises” I could do to make my face thinner? And, please don’t tell me that retarded face exerciser on those infomercials on TV, because in my opinion whoever created that was either high or drunk. It’s worse than the snuggy. Also, I could use some weight loss tips in general.. I’m tired of being chubby!!! And, just one more thing: What weight is “obese” or disgusting to be when you’re 13, and just about 5 ft tall? I could really use some help :~)
You can actually do face exercises. Start off by having a straight face, and then smile as big as you can, and then frown. Repeat this for about 2 minutes. That should help with making the face slimmer. To get rid of a double chin, you must stretch your bottom lip out with your jaw muscles and move your whole head up, then down. Repeat for about 2 minutes. It’s kind of hard to explain, but once you figure it out, you’ll start to feel the burn.
