Isabel De los Ríos’ Diet program- Scam or not?
Hello everybody
Have someone tried Isabel De Los Rios’ Diet Solution Program and know if this program is a scam or really work? I read a lot about this diet but want to know if someone here really tried it and found it to be useful for them, so if anyone have any experience with this diet program by Isabel De Los Rios please let me know if you think that it’s worth the money or not. I would like for people that have completed the program to answer.

I just paid for this diet, so I hope it works. I am still reading the manual this week. Here is what I know…Everything she says is accurate from a dietitian’s view. I used a diet that is extremely similar about 10 years ago. I drank 90 ounces of water everyday, walked 5 miles 6 days a week, and followed the similar meal plans. I lost 50 pounds from July 15 to November 20 that year. I lost that diet plan, so I bought this one after reading about it. Hope that helps.
