Can you become skinny simply through diet?
For example, I’ve kept a consistent diet similar to this for the best week,
-Weight control oatmeal
-Glass of skim milk
-Apple
-Turkey, lettuce, tomato, and jalapeno wrap (not sure on tortilla grain type but it was orange)
-Salad with light extra virgin olive oil/vineger
-Fat-free skim milk carton
-Bag of 100 calorie popcorn worth 1 weight watcher point
-Peanut bar worth 3/4 weight watcher points
-3 slices of kashi pizza worth 5 points
-10 pieces ravioli
-salad with oil/vinegar
-spinach with a little oil
-grape flavored propel, 2 servings (20 calories)
would a daily diet similar to that lead to weight loss? could you become skinny simply be eating like that? (obviously exercise will add better shape to the body).

Yes. It’s about eighty percent diet, twenty percent exercise.
