South Beach Diet Breakfast Foods

Why am i not losing weight?
I am 16, 160 lbs, and about 5’6″
7:00am(breakfast)
special k fruit and yogurt cereal or cinnamon life cereal with skim milk and then coffee with 1 scoop of chocolate whey protein with 2 sweet ‘n low and cream +sometimes a banana
10:15am(snack)
some type of snack bar. usually special k or south beach diet bar with water or special k water packets in my water
2:00pm(lunch)
either lean cuisine, pb & j on whole wheat weight watchers bread ( 35 cals in one piece), usually salad with tuna on it. on the side either canned peaches, pairs, pineaple or mandarin oranges with crystal light
4:00(snack)
fruit or a snack bar listed above
7:00(supper)
mom’s food but small portions
-i exercise 3-5 times a week
day1: lunges, squats, kick backs, leg press, stair climber for 15 minutes
day2: eliptical for 30 mintues. planks, leg lifts
day3: pushups, curls, shoulder press, pull downs..etc
day 4: interval run, crunches on ball, bicycles,frog crunches, leg shifts, etc.
any ideas?!
Because you aren’t burning more calories than you are taking in
Which is always the answer to why anyone isn’t losing weight…why can’t people seem to figure this out? If a plan worked for someone else that doesn’t mean it will work for you, you may have a slower metabolism so they burn more calories naturally. If you aren’t losing, you need to eat less or exercise more.
