Small Meals Diet

Is eating six small meals a day really the best diet for losing weight?
eating 5 or 6small meals keeps you blood sugar level stabalized.
if a person skips meals whether they are on a diet or not their bloodsugar levels will drop and it often leads to bingeing.
so in that way it is good. but it’s a bit of a pain eating every few hrs for some. i ate 5 meals a day for 5months. 6 to me was too many because i wanted to wait at least 3hrs before eating something else and i didn’t want to have to eat at 10pm at night to squeeze in the 6th meal.
