Review Diet Solution

Weight loss dilema?
My girlfriend has been trying to lose weight for a long time. She’s 21, 5 foot 5, and weighs 170 pounds. She tried exercising, eating right, using the weight watchers plan, doing the all vegitable diet, still no success. It just varies by plus or minus 3 pounds. She has been to a doctor, had her levels (including thyroid) checked and everything is fine metabolically.
Neither her nor I really care for taking medicine, but it seems like in this case there is no other choice. My first preference is if anyone has any non-medicine solutions, but if not, what medicine would work best? Perhaps inexpensive, and effective? Stacker seems cheap, but is loaded with caffiene and I’ve read reviews of people that were unable to sit down while they were on it.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Cody
Weight loss is all about patience if you want to do it right! If you want to loose weight and keep it off, there is no quick fix. It has to be a positive change of lifestyle. It sounds like she has been doing all the right things, but maybe just not stuck it out for long enough to see any changes.
Diet and exercise is the right way to go forwards, don’t make yourself eat a diet that you don’t like and do exercises you don’t enjoy though, remember it needs to be a change of lifestyle and therefore something you should be able to live with forever.
If you are unsure of what food is best to eat, seek professional help, and when it comes to exercise, why not try out lots of different things and see what you like. it doesn’t have to be down the gym if you don’t like it, what about dance classes, swimming or racket sports, there are so many different things to do, but make sure you have fun with it!!!
I hope this helped a bit, i wish your girlfriend good luck!!
