would it be better if i do the raw food deit every other day
Your body won’t go into starvation mode if you eat enough food, and take in enough calories, in the form of raw foods. Why are you doing it for a week? Doing it once every few days would probably be better, as you’re constantly changing your diet and tricking your body into burning calories better. Or just one, raw food meal a day in with your normal diet? You don’t want cravings and binges to start forming.
