Oolong Weight Loss Tea
How do oolong tea and white tea taste?
I have never tasted oolong tea or white tea. I have only consumed green tea and black tea. Black tea tastes the best! But now i’m planning to switch to white tea because it has the most anti-oxidants (even more than green and black) and is the lest processed tea in comparison to black and green tea. Also oolong tea helps in weight loss (read it somewhere on internet). But I dont know how they taste. Are they similar to black tea in taste?
No they are not similar in taste. Oolong has a smooth floral note where as white tea has a very mild delicate and less acidic/bitter taste than black tea.
