First of all, congratulations on your weight loss! It takes discipline and hardwork to get to where you are. But hold on! Do not get overexcited just yet. Because studies have proven that people who lost weight in a short amount of time are MORE likely to gain them back (in fact more than previously) then those who have not. I would advise you to continue to follow this regime that you have.
I am not a herbalife user, neither do I sell it, so I asked a friend who was (the one whose sister lost a lot of weight as I mentioned) and he said that ultimately, you want to reach your ideal weight. Now you never mentioned your weight to begin with so I can’t comment on this. You should be able to find out the ideal weight for you height according to a Body Mass Index table.
