Hypnosis is a powerful tool for self-help that you may have the wrong idea about me. It seems that there are myths and misconceptions attached to hypnosis which prevent people to receive and enjoy the many benefits of hypnosis.

Reality is that many of our problems stem from the way we think and perceive it to us. Unlike drugs that only changes the body chemistry and therefore the symptoms, hypnosis help you change your way of thinking and experiencing life.

In my office I think the best course of treatment for many conditions to call me face can benefit from both. Hypnosis as such is a valuable complimentary for any medical treatment.

What if I can not be hypnotized?

If you can daydream, visualize your favorite vacation place and imagine you're there, you will benefit from hypnosis. Any normal intelligent person who is willing and able to follow instructions can be hypnotized hypnotist.

The more you listen to the meeting, the faster you will experience changes. Remember, it is your will, desire and open mind that will determine success of change.

Of course you can expect to enjoy immediate results and benefits of self-hypnosis. Some lifestyle changes experienced after only a few or even one meeting. However, hypnosis is not magic, and it may take a few sessions to create a lasting change in your life. have to be realistic here and remember that we are changing the habits we have developed over the years. Be patient with yourself, and know that with the commitment and repetition will enable you to achieve your goals.

Is likely to hear and remember everything about your session and want to do so. Hypnosis is a state of concentration and focused attention, and as such, listen and be aware of words and suggestions.
