Neoprene Weight Loss Shorts
neoprene weight loss shorts?
Has anyone tried the Neoprene weight loss shorts. I have been wearing them every night under my scrubs for work (lol) Anyway they are a bit uncomfortable, but they seem to really be working for my stomach/thighs. You really sweat under them so it seems to kinda melt the fat away.
Has anyone else had the same results? Is it long term? Or just water weight? I’m 5’6 and 155 pound the only areas im not happy with are my stomach/upper thighs. These seem to be woking.
it is not possible to target fat loss. Period. If you do cardiovascular workouts you can decrease your overall body fat but you can choose where it comes from. You can build your muscles so that the muscle to fat ratio will make you look better but that won’t get rid of fat in that area. For example, if you do lots of situps, your abs muscles will be very strong but you’ll never see your six pack if you don’t get rid of the fat.
Fat is not melted away by warm clothing…it is only lost when consumed by the body as a source of fuel. Do cardio for over 20 minutes and you’ll start to burn fat. The sweat under your shorts is just water trying to keep you cool…not fat.
