appetite suppressant? What’s a good one?

I’ve heard a lot of ‘diet pills’ and such, and how they really don’t work. I drink a tonnn of water during the day, and mostly all healthy meals (salad, veggies, and fruit, chicken 4x a week, no other meat except fish every now and then) But i still get cravings for sweet / salty things. Is there anything I can take that can help make my cravings go away?
I’m not looking for some miracle diet drug, just an appetite suppressant.
If there is any natural vitamin or such that works let me know too
