Lose Weight Program

How fast will I lose weight on this program?
plan to eat only lean meats (fish, chicken), vegetables, wheat and whole grains. NO fat, various oils, olive white rice / pasta, fruit full of calories unnecessarily. As for exercise, I do 45 minutes of jogging every day. Every time I push it a little harder. Approximately, how much weight I can lose about February?
Maybe this will work for you. Eat whatever you want. Just keep to 1200 calories a day, (healthier is better obviously), and sweat and sweat, I mean! for 30-40 minutes 6-7 days days a week.
