Lose Weight Menstrual Cycle

PLEASE HELP! Is it possible that retention of water in a menstrual cycle make it look like a woman has gained weight?
Okay, I'm on diet. I've been doing really well, I've been losing two pounds a week for a time is not now, recently I've been cheated, well, bottom line, I've been doing very well with him. Well this week started out on Sunday and some weight on Saturday, I have four pounds heavier. Is it because I'm retaining water because I'm on my period. Is it "normal" or "possible" to hold that much liquid. I have changed my exercise a bit this week. I added more Abdominal training and started doing cardio, but I do not think that would be responsible for weight gain. Any thoughts, PLEASE!
Yes! its so horrible being a woman sometimes. You can earn up to ten pounds during this time. The best thing to do is to drink herbal tea. green tea or tea calmomile is good. It is clear toxins from your body and help reduce retention. Unfortunately, even if you do not feel like eating fruit and vegetables, is the only thing to keep withholding to a minimum.
