can you lose weight by walking as your work out?
i been doing 5,000 steps a day but i don’t think it’s enough can i lose weight by walking?
Absolutely! Walking four miles in one hour burns about 500 calories!! You want to walk at an intensity that leaves you huffing and puffing to burn fat. You must be wearing a pedometer…experts say to shoot for 10,000 steps a day, which is roughly equal to five miles. You don’t have to do it all in “formal” exercise, just as you go throughout your day. Good luck!
