Can I build muscle mass AND lose fat at the same time?
like if I alternated days between lifting weights and running? I would never be lifting and running on the same day
Yes you can. You definitely need to alternate days when lifting. However, you can work your abdominals everyday. To lose fat, I would even consider running on your lifting days—especially to warm up. Always stretch and always warm up before any lifting or running. Eat lean protein after your lifting sessions.
