Ketogenic Weight Loss Diet

How much is this going to mess up my diet????
I’m on a ketogenic weight loss diet, it’s usually 1,000-1200 calories at the most.
Today i found these LUNA snack bars, and their awesome.
They have-
80 calories.
2.5 grams of fat.
10-11 grams of carbs based on what kind you choose.
1-2 grams of fiber.
5-6 grams of sugar
and 4 grams of protein, and they’re 70% organic.
I consider them relatively healthy to eat as a snack food. If i have one of these a day, will it mess with ketosis??????
They’re also low glycemic whatever that means…
My dietitian has me on 50-60 carbs a day. But that’s probably because i weigh more than other people.
I looked up the atkins bars, and while they have only 3-4 grams of carbs, they have 160-200 calories which isnt much better..
Well, the carbs might get you out of ketosis if you don’t limit them elsewhere, but calorie wise…I’ve found in reading & by personal experience that when going very low calories, it helps to have a “cheat” day now & then where you bump up the calories. Your metabolism spikes from the extra, you may even burn a little extra weight & its a great mood help.
Atkins makes a low-carb bar you might like instead.
