Do hydrocolonics really drop weight off fast?

I have a history of yo-yo weight loss, last time I did really well, hit the gym and paid thousands to lose 40 pounds. I’ve gained about 15 pounds back and I’m feeling depressed. I’ve heard hydro colon therapy will cleanse excess sludge and prompt you to lose weight by improving your digestion. Does it work? Does it hurt? Is it expensive? What might be a good place to try it in Northern California?

This question is about colonics, not other good ways to lose weight. I know how to lose weight I just want to know specifics on colonics.

its called plaque and colonics are great but you do it too often and you actually reverse in that you destroy good bacteria. the other guy that answered you has a good after colonic diet.
