How to motivate performance? Diet Help! (Nutrition)?
I have plenty of time to a healthy diet and exercise really. And so one day and then I quit .. What motivates you to exercise and eating right? Some tips you should know how lose weight? I'm 5'9 and I weigh 198 .. My goal is to have at least 140 pounds .. Help?
usually once you start to exercise you want to eat healthier. doing too much at once. you must take steps not too many changes overwhlem. start BMR search online simulator to see how many calories you really need a day to maintain. start counting, what we eat today. see how you will overeat. then slow down to their level of maintenance. lose one pound a week, later reduced to 500 calories. to lose 2 pounds 1000th week but not in 1200, I will not go into starvation mode. find ways to cut calories your favorite foods. I like to eat a lot! Then I found some great alternatives to this goal and enjoy what I ate. Add to work three times week for 20 minutes. and use tape measures to update the weight change. exersize builds muscle, and muscle is heavier in weight, but lose inches. drinking water, ice burn 300 calories more per week. Once used for minor adjustments, you might want to step up! take a picture of yourself once a week on the same computer that runs your tone and body. You will have fun seeing how far we've come and muslces never seen the show itself:)
