Healthy Diet Food Plans
a healthy diet plan for 13-year old girl?
hi, im sara.im 13, and it has come to my attention that i am slightly overweight, by like, 1 pound. i don’t stress out that much over how i look, but i would like to have a healthier body. i am NOT looking for those lose-weight-fast plans that u gain the weight back, i want a healthy plan, idc if it is very gradual.my ideal weight loss goal would be around ten ponds. i don’t play a sport, because i have tutoring and am part of a bunch of clubs, but i do love gym. i cant really play outside now, because its winter in new york and FREEZING. we have a total fitness gym in the basement, but i don’t use it that much. are there any diet plans i can follow?
p.s- i love all healthy foods, i run my mom bone dry out of cash when i visit her because i make her by like a thousand fruits:-). but my dad is arabic and he makes only arabic foods and if you have ever eaten it-u wud know that arabic food can be very unhealthy. thanks in advance.
