Diet for obese teens (NET 1000.healthy calories?)?
Hey, so if I keep my calories below 1000 per day clean and eating healthy .. All good diet for me? Im 5'4 "175 (only lost 10 pounds of my biggest and pass in the index catagorey Body Weight!) 42-35-45 im 12 and im oh, and I'm a girl:) It's a healthy diet and Will I lose weight? (Current goal: 150 long-term goal: 120) Oh, and who do not know the average net calories calories than you burn will not have if I could eat 1600 calories exercise, but when I burn 600, so I had only 1000 calories NET .. capishe? In 1600 should be good for every day but chew on ice or cold shower will help your metabolism, which are myths. To To speed up your metabolism, eat small meals throughout the day as during the day: breakfast, brunch, lunch, snack, lunch, snack and always provided breakfast to start your metabolism. Remember the year, in my experience it's a great way to lose weight faster.
