So I went on vacation and so did my diet. I went out to eat at least twice a day and didn’t exactly choose a salad off the menu. How long does it take for excessive calories and fat to turn into actual weight gain?
So if I ingest an extra 3000 calories, I would gain 1 pound THAT day???

well if u were on vacation, u probably had fun and also burned calories so i dont think u really gained much weight if u did at all and actually, people gain weight from constantly eating bad food over and over for years and years, i doubt u gained weight at al cuz u were just on vacation…
