Free Health Diet Plan

I have 2 months free and im planning to use the gym twice a day.?
is this bad for your health? im not fat or anything, i just want to get ripped and build some muscle. so i was thinking of going in the mornings and in the nights. also, any good diet to keep my body from losing weight? any workout routines you might recommend? feel free to advice. thank you!
twice a day is pretty much overkill… your muscles need time to recover and build in between training. why not see if there’s a personal trainer available to recommend a routine and frequency for you?
