Fat Smash Diet Plan

Does anyone have ever been on this diet, if so, please tell me your experience?
It's called The Fat Smash Diet. It was planned by the Dr. Ian Smith (the dietitian VH1 Celebrity Fit Club). I just bought your book and am beginning the Phase I detoxification. There are four phases. 1 phase is 9 days and 2nd phase is 3 weeks.
Diets are not really conducive to lose weight and keep it for life. if you want to do this you should read books like, "eat by Life "by Bill Phillips and" eat clean diet "from Tosca Reno and even" the abs diet "by David Zinczenko. against the titles that have been addressed the crowds that endless search for a diet that will work, these books are not about diet or deprived of everything. in place that address how and when and what to eat for optimal health and weight loss as well. also talk about exercise.
