Fat Necrosis Breast Cancer

Fat necrosis may initially developed after TRAM breast reconstruction continue after three years?
After a mastectomy amended and a TRAM flap reconstruction I have developed fat necrosis due to insufficient blood supply to the flap. This consisted of fat necrosis in a package large (2 x 3 inches). However after three years I noticed a pea-sized lump that developed around the incision and now after a year is three times larger. A biopsy showed that the tumor is fat necrosis. However, it continues to grow. Can fat necrosis may continue to grow or If this is a cancer tumor recurrence has not been properly diagnosed? I've heard different answers from different doctors, such as fat necrosis usually not grow, I know, fat necrosis continue to grow. I am confused and worried. My tumor marker was always on top (30-39), but constant.
Doubt is a new cancer. In my experience, fat necrosis, lipoma lumps and do not follow a defined pattern of growth or contraction. Some fluctuate in size relation to their body weight in general, some will slowly increase in size and some remain the same. Sorry, I know that this answer is not very useful, but this is my experience. Signed, Lumpy
