Can someone PLEASE tell me the breathing exercises used in the weight loss breeze program. I really need to lose at least 20 pounds, hopefully 30, in about a month. I heard about this program, but i don’t have the money to pay for it, and don’t tell me about how unhealthy it is to lose weight that fast, i’ve heard it all before, or how its a scam and stuff. but if you’ve tried the program already and it worked please tell me what you did
