How many calories should I do in the day to avoid "starvation mode"?
What is the minimum income nutrients pounds 5'7''180 women younger than 23 years? I do a lot of changes in lifestyle, for a moment, and what I do "Correctly." I say, exercise, keeping food log, and mapping my progress. I want to make sure I stay healthy I also want to restrict your diet to lose weight, but does not want to be sick when they try to achieve their goals.
