Effective In Weight Loss

what can i do for effective weight loss?
im a 15 year old girl, about 5′ 4″, and 130 pounds. i would like to loose weight, mainly in the belly area. i need some effective at home things i could do to loose weight.
I’d suggest going on a low glycemic diet. For the record though, the only ffective way to maintain a healthy weight and body is to make a permanent lifestyle change. Yo-yo diets never have lasting effects, and usually do more harm than good. Don’t mess with eating processed “diet food”. That stuff is crap and is usually laced with nasty hidden ingredients and preservatives. Also avoid so-called “low-fat” or “fat-free” packaged foods because they have to put something unnatural into the food in order to get the fat out. Try to cook most of your meals from scratch and eat plenty of fresh fruits and veggies. Stay away from sugar, white flour, processed and fast foods, and focus on lean meats, veggies, and whole grains. I know this is tough at first, but once you see the wonderful results and notice how good you feel, it will all be worth it
