What is the best breakfast for weight loss?

I have a bad habbit of only wanted sugary things when I wake up, so then at lunch I want more sugar, then more sugar later.
What can I get into the habit of eating for breakfast?

I had the same problem and wanted sugary stuff for breakfast too. I started eating whole grain waffles with natural peanut butter and sugar free syrup. I know it sounds a little weird but it satisfies the sweet tooth without having sugary stuff. It is also VERY filling and is healthy for you also. I don’t know if you have ever had the natural peanut butter before. You can get it at walmart or your local grocery store. It has a lot of oil on the top of it when you buy it. Open it and stir with a butter knife really well. Then put it in the refrigerator. I didn’t think I would like it, but wow is it good!!!
Hope you enjoy if you decide to try it. It is what I prefer for breakfast.
I also will from time to time eat a whole wheat english muffin with 1/3 cup of egg whites. You can buy the egg whites next to the egg beaters and it is so much easier than seperating the egg. Put a little margarine on the muffin if you like and it is really good also.
