Hi, my name is Elliott I am 13 years old.
I am about 6ft or something like that, and quite fat, i have a big belly and am embarrassed of it!
I am always playing football and am on a football and Rugby team, i go on my bike a bit.
I want to get a six pack to show off in the summer and in p.e.
if anyone has any help on dieting, and how to get a six pack please help me!!!!!!
You can’t slim fast.
Keep up all the physical activities you’re doing.
Don’t eat so much or eat healthier things.
Do millions of sit-ups for the 6pk.
