How do I get a nice butt / abs?
I’m a pretty thin girl. 5’2″ about 110 lbs. I have a flat stomach but no abs, no matter how many crunches I do it just does not work. There’s no cuts, no definition, just a flat stomach. It’s hideous. I also have a decent butt for my size, but it’s not firm & tight like I’d like for it to be. My thighs are skinny but kind of flabby. It’s weird. Anywho, you should give me work out tips and what not. I know cardio is always good, I need to work on that because I haven’t done any cardio in the past 4 months, but even when I was doing it on the daily, my body has always looked the same. I don’t diet, what are some things I should start eating and some things I should not eat?
I eat whenever I’m hungry. Usually about 4-5 full meals a day w/ a few snacks inbetween – chips, soda, brownies, cake. I eat fast food about 4 times a week. I know that’s bad.. yeah anyway give me advice.
drink ice water, because it has no calories and it is also a hunger supressent, so it makes you feel like not snacking.
also, before 12am, eat nothing but fruit. it is high water content and gets rid of toxic fat (the fat that stores in your but, thighs and belly)
for exercise do “jackknives.”
