Diet Not Exercise

Need help with diet and exercise to maintain weight?
I currently consumes about 1600-1800 calories per day, irrespective of foods high in fat and healthy. I exercise for 90 minutes in the test cycle (intensity) and 30 minutes of exercise most moving day. "Can I eat the same thing but I'm poor performance and not gain weight? I have the same performance every day. I worry when I quit, I win. But I also fear that if they continued to do well, I lean muscle mass gains.
Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day. Contains large quantities of fruits and vegetables in the heart of the diet. Eat slowly, chew each mouthful at least 32 times. This activates ur body signals that enough of. No food or drink between two, except water. Take light exercise and walking for about 30 minutes each day, preferably two times a day. Be patient before you see results in free mode without any problems in a reasonable time.
