What is the best diet?I need to lose 50 lbs fast.IIve gone through 2 surgeries.A bone fusionon right ankle.?
I have a cast on my right leg due to the ankle fusion on my right ankle.I would like to know what kind of exercises I can do too to lose weight.Any body out there know of good diet and any fat burner pills that are good.I’m going on vacation in 3 weeks.If I could lose at least 20lbs before my vacation would be great.
